Pratt Community School is a Pre-K through 5 school, supported by a strong international community due in large part to our close proximity to the University of Minnesota. We welcome and embrace students from all cultural and family backgrounds and are always looking for ways to learn from, honor and nurture our multicultural educational environment. Our mission is to create a safe, challenging and nurturing learning environment where all students succeed.

Our new school times would be from 9:10 a.m.-3:40 p.m.

Our school presented information on the proposed bell time changes at our Site Council and PTO meetings on Tuesday, January 16.

Recruiting for Reading Corps

We are currently hiring an AmeriCorps member to serve as a Minnesota Reading Corps tutor for the 2018-19 school year. This is a paid position that does not require any experience in education - just a desire to work with kids and give back to the community.

MPS Behavior Standards and Code of Conduct

Information about the Minneapolis Public Schools Behavior Standards and Code of Conduct can be found on the MPS website.
